It turns out not many people believe in Climate change. In fact, many people believe it is a propaganda of some sort. That’s understandable as there are media dedicated to portraying that.
Out of the people who believe in it, a good percentage do not think they are expected to do anything about it. That too is understandable because we are made to believe the problem is way bigger than we are, and a single effort will do no good. Have you ever thought about what a collective effort could do?
Here are three short videos that will give you a better understanding of climate change and hopefully trigger you to begin to take action.
1. Climate 101 with Bill Nye.
Have you met Bill Nye? He makes these short videos to simplify the science of climate change. In this video, he narrates the simple causes of warming in the atmosphere, general misconceptions about climate change, what we are made to believe and what we should actually believe.
2. The cost of Carbon by ‘The Climate Reality Project’
This next video was created by the Climate Reality project, an initiative of Al Gore. Al Gore was the 45th Vice President of the United States. He is known for his work as an environmentalist and the Climate Reality project does an amazing work in educating people about climate change.
3. Climate change explained by ‘The daily conversation’
The daily conversation put this next video together, based on an earlier published article by the New York Times on better explaining the consequences of climate change.
I hope these three videos have given you more insight on the situation.
Remember, you too can do something.
